There was a study group led by Kwon, Chol shin, the most prominent members at the time. Kwon, Chol Shin and his younger brother Kwon, Il Shin, and Chung, Yak Jeon, Chung, Yak jong and Chung, Yak yong brothers. Specially, Chung, yak yong later on passed the national exam and became a high governor as well as he was a famous scalar during those time and very much favored by 21th King.Jung Jo’s administration (1776-1800).

Yi, Sun Hun, Kim, Won song,Yi, Jong Ok and Kwon,S ang Hakand Yi, Byok joined this study group when he 21 26 years old, he left home to join this group 50 km away from here from his own house.

Amazingly, they studied catholic faith found by themselves in the face of they didn’t know about Roman calendar, of course there was no priest at the time, however, they observed the 7th,14th,21st,28th of lunar months for the Our Lord’s day without working but only for prayers.
