is to the best of our knowledge correct at the time of publication. We will advise you of any changes that are fundamental to the contractor which we believe will affect your special trip to Naju and Korea.
Please contact us if you have any requirements which are fundamental to your trip so that we can give you the latest information at the time of booking.
1. Prices
All prices are quoted in Korean WON or USD and are listed per person, based on double occupancy, if not otherwise stated. When the service offering is presented as a package, the quoted price represents a complete package price and an itemization of individual components cost will not be rendered.
2. Booking
When booking any of our programs which does not include flights, a deposit of 20 % of total local tour fee per person is required to confirm the booking..
In the case that a booking is made suddenly less than 4 weeks prior to the travel date, a payment of the full price is required.
The person making the booking is responsible for the party signed for on the booking form or sending the final confirmation mail. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. When a booking is made by email, fax, telephone or mail, a confirmation is sent to you when the payment has cleared and the contract is made. In case of Local airfares (Domestic air in Korea) are non-refundable and non-changeable or follow the rule of Airlines.
3. Payment
A full payment for the local arrangements is required at the time of your arriving. We hold your deposit towards the full cost of your program.
4. Price guarantee
All prices are guaranteed in US dollars in cash upon arriving. But, we may accept any kinds of payment method of such as PayPal, Western Union, and Remittance to out foreign exchange account 3 weeks before arrival.
5. Cancellation by customer
If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. We will have to charge you for any losses we incur because of your cancellation. However, we will do everything we can to minimize your loss. The regulation of cancellation charge is for as below.
Maximum cancellation fee:
• In the case of booking in 6 months with 10 % deposit,
3 months prior to arrival : 10 % will be refunded
2 months prior to arrival : 5 % will be refunded
1 month prior to arrival : 10 % deposit will be not refunded
• In the case of booking 3 month prior to arrival with 20 % deposit
4 weeks prior to arrival : 20 % will be refunded
2 weeks prior to arrival : 10 % will be refunded
1 week prior to arrival : 20 % deposit will not be refunded.
6. Cancellation or alteration by the FREEPASS TOURS
The cancellation will take place not later than a month prior to the arrival date. Where cancellation is made because of circumstances beyond our control by force majeure no compensation will be paid. ( War, Natural disaster, Pendemic or Contagious disease .COVID19 etc)
If a tour or a leg of the trip needs to be cancelled or altered because of our supplier’s cancellation we will offer a similar trip or similar accommodation. If an inferior or cheaper trip or accommodation is offered we will refund the difference, but we will make a grade-up in the case of such circumstance arise in accordance with the policy of FREEPASS.
7. Changes by the customer
The customer may alter their booking if it is possible. Additional services can be booked and all related costs will be invoiced to the customer and no further amendment charges will be made.
8. Travel Insurance
All of you acquire a travel insurance to protect you against loss due to cancellation, delays, illness or accident despite you will be insured while you are staying in Korea by FREPASS TOURS.
9. Liability
FREEPASS TOURS declares all vouchers, and coupons issued by the company and all arrangements for transport and accommodations made by the company, are made upon the express conditions that it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the act of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith or of any hotel proprietor or employee.
FREEPASS TOURS is released of liability for consequences of the personal activities of any passenger, who, as a consenting adult, is deemed personally responsible for decisions concerning conditions of health, safety, fitness for any activity in which the passenger participates.
FREEPASS TOURS reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. We require that all customers have their own travel insurance or sign a travel insurance waiver.
10. Complaints
All our members and tour guides of FREEPAS TOURS does it´s very best to make your stay in KOREA as enjoyable & fruitful as possible. We strive to meet your expectations of our service.
If however you find a reason to complain about the hotel, the car service, the excursions – just anything, please inform the relevant party immediately so the cause can be corrected. If our partner cannot solve your problem please contact to our staff immediately. Please bear in mind that once the trip has been completed FREEPASS TOURS cannot make any changes or refunds.
